You can buy our products on line using the secure PayPal payment system. You do not need a paypal account go to the Isolyn online shop page click on your country, click on the product you wish to buy and follow the on screen instructions. If you do not wish to order online you can contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling +44 (0)20 8551 3578 and pay by cheque (cheque payment for UK customers only). If you choose to order using PayPal or credit/debit card, after you have placed your order you will receive an email conformation from PayPal for the transaction amount. Once we have received your order we will send you an email confirmation.
Please note we do not have any record of your card details only the order information.
Our website invites you to buy products from us. When placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

Delivery charges are included in the purchase price of your order.
We aim to deliver within the UK within 12 days from receipt of order. Deliveries outside the UK may take slightly longer. For wholesale orders please contact us directly by email the online buying facility is for private orders only. We accept no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
Duties and local taxes
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
If your goods are defective on delivery, you are entitled to return them to us provided you have first contacted us by email or in writing and we have agreed that the goods should be returned to us. The goods should be returned to us in protective packaging and securely sealed and returned by recorded delivery within 12 days for a full refund. If on receipt it appears that the goods are defective, we will promptly arrange to deliver replacement goods free of charge and return postage costs or if you request a full refund of the price of the defective goods.
